Mock-trade the real books.
Paper money. Real tape. Real fees.
Place paper limit orders against the same live books the desk runs on. Your orders are journaled before they exist, judged against the venue's actual tape, and charged the venue's actual fee rules — 1% in the asset you receive, rounded up to the whole satoshi. Feel the round-up before it ever costs you a real one.
Paper only. When the label above says REPLAY, the books and prints are a recorded tape from Oct 18, 2026, not the live market. No account, no wallet, no real orders.
Order Ticket
Fee if filled: —
The intent row hits your journal before the order exists. That ordering is the whole method — the desk you are practicing for runs the same rule with real money.
The Book — DOGE/BTC
Fills are judged two ways, prints first: if the tape prints through your price with size, you fill up to that size; if the opposite quote crosses you on a read, you fill up to its shown size. Partial fills are real here, like out there.
Paper Balances
Candles — DOGE/BTC
Source: AltQuick public API, live candles read through our read-only relay. The book above has its own label: when it says REPLAY, it is the recorded Oct 18 tape, not these candles. Chart is for practice, not advice.
Blotter — Your Standing Orders
| Market | Side | Qty | Filled | Price (BTC) | Verdict |
|---|
No orders yet. The book is standing there whether you quote it or not — presence is the game.
Your Journal — The Real Format
This is the desk's actual journal format, the same CSV the live desk keeps. Download it: T1 paper operators submit theirs exactly like this.
What This Desk Teaches
The fee rounds up
Make a tiny trade and read your fee line: 1% of 1,720 sat is 17.2 — you will be charged 18. At dust sizes the venue's toll is heavier than the headline. Lesson 3, felt in the hands.
Presence beats prediction
Flow on these books is episodic — a sweep crossed four SOL rungs in one second. You do not react to that. You were already standing there, or you missed it.
Paper fills are assumptions
Every paper fill carries its assumption with it (print-crossed, quote-crossed). The Lab grades the assumptions, not just the outcomes — a good outcome on a bad assumption is still a bad fill.
Paper trading only. No account, no real orders, no funds — nothing leaves your browser; your desk is saved on this device. Education only. Not financial advice. 18+. Method: Two Roads, One School · The running system: the Flow Board.
