Every claim gets a grade.
Receipts, or it stays open.
Projects make claims. This board tracks what the evidence says, separating what the chain says, what an indexer says, what a platform says, and what is still unknown. A case may stay open. Open is an honest grade.
The Three Grades
Said, not shown
A statement exists in a post, a page, or a pitch. Nothing on-chain has been produced for it yet. Most claims live here forever.
Shown, on-chain
The mechanism or the payment was read where it cannot be edited: the chain itself. Verified claims carry their transaction evidence.
Watched, unresolved
The evidence so far does not settle it, including when the evidence so far is silence where a payment should be.
The Exhibits
Exhibit 001 is being prepared
The first case goes up only when its evidence pack is complete and checked. When it does, it will show the claim in the claimant's own words, what the chain says, what the platform says, what is still unknown, and exactly what would close it.
Until then, the method below is the exhibit.
How A Case Is Built
The claim
Quoted as written, with where and when it was said.
What the chain says
The token's code and transactions, read directly. Mechanisms that are enforced on-chain are graded as mechanics.
What a platform says
Processes that run off-chain (snapshots, thresholds, payout runs) are graded as claims until a transaction proves them.
What closes it
One verifiable transaction, readable on-chain. The day it appears, the case updates with that receipt.
The Question This Board Teaches
After Check 5 asks what does every move cost?, the follow-up is: where does the fee go, and who can prove the last mile? Ask it of every token that says its holders earn: show the wallet it leaves from, the threshold in writing, and one payout readable on-chain. Two out of three is a caption, not a mechanism.
Education only. Not financial advice. 18+. This board reports evidence and its absence with equal care. It does not accuse: silence is recorded as silence, dated, and left open to be answered.
