Watch-only
before keys.

Paste your own CLAM, DOGE or Solana address, read what the public chain says about it, and keep a journal of what you expected and what happened. The journal stays in this browser and nowhere else. This page will never ask for a private key or a seed phrase, and there is nowhere to type one.

Read an address

An address is public: safe to paste, safe to share. A key is not, and no page here will ever ask for one.

Where your address goes

Straight from your browser to three public services, and to nobody else: CryptoID (chainz.cryptoid.info) for CLAM, SoChain (sochain.com) for DOGE, and PublicNode (solana-rpc.publicnode.com, a public Solana RPC) for Solana. Each one sees the address you asked about together with your IP address, as any website you visit would. Nothing goes to us: no Syndicate server, no relay, no analytics. The address is checked here first, so a typo is never sent anywhere. Network receipt

Your journal

Each entry is a read (time, balance) plus your note. Write what you expected before you look. Stored only in this browser (localStorage). Clearing your browser data clears it too.

The CSV uses the Paper Desk journal columns exactly (seq,utc,cycle,event,market,side,quantity,coin,price_btc,total_btc,fee_amount,fee_coin,fee_note,status,ref,why), so it opens in the same tester-kit tools. Price and fee columns stay empty here: this is a watch-only journal.

The watch-only rule

An address is a window, not a door. Anyone can look through it. Only a key opens it, which is why the school teaches watching first and keys last.

Public means public

An address and its history are visible to the whole world. Share addresses freely; know that everything they do stays on the record.

Write it before you read it

Note what you expect, then read what happened. The gap between the two is the lesson.

No page here will ever ask for a key

Not this one, not any page in this school. A page that asks for your seed phrase is trying to take your coins. Close it.

Receipt: what this page talks to

  • Headless Chrome run on the live page, Oct 18, 2026 at 9:44 PM ET, one public test address per chain.
  • CLAM: 1 request, to chainz.cryptoid.info. DOGE: 2 requests, to sochain.com. Solana: 2 requests (getBalance, getSignaturesForAddress), to solana-rpc.publicnode.com.
  • Requests to smartzsyndicate.net: only the page files (HTML, CSS, fonts, script, icon), none of which carry your address. No relay, no analytics.
  • Cloudflare's edge inserts an analytics script into the page. The page's Content-Security-Policy blocks it, so Chrome never sends it.
  • An invalid address made 0 requests.
  • The balance and latest transaction matched an independent source: BlockCypher for DOGE, the Solana Foundation RPC for Solana. CLAM has no independent live explorer, so it was checked against a second CryptoID endpoint.
